The Cheshire Cat mass distribution

SDSS J1038+4849 is a merging galaxy group nicknamed The Cheshire Cat at redshifts 0.42.

Calculating the mass distribution of merging galaxy groups can help us discover more about galaxy dynamics, the nature of dark matter and finding the earliest galaxies.

My numismatic collection

I collect Hong Kong, China and worldwide coins, bank notes, stamps and shares/bond certificates. 

Travelling

I love travelling in recent years. It helps me thinking, relax and meet new things and people.

I wish to do a long distance travel every year, depends on the year's budget.

I went to US for 6 weeks, to DC, Green Bank Telescope, Charlottesville, NYC and Boston in 2019.

2018 was Germany and Austria. 

2017 was England & Scotland, Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Poland.

As I moved to the UK in late 2020, I plan to visit more around Europe in the near future.

My obsession on precious metals

Historically, most (if not all) currencies devalues with time, it is called inflation. There are many reasons of inflation, one of which is government deficit spending.
Precious metal is an alternative asset, historically it stores its value against inflation despite that they don't generate income at all.

My Investments

I like company with stable income or revenue source, with patents that is readily to put into use.

Various defence companies fit these two criteria.

Tien Gow

I played Tien Gow for a few years now.
although I am not particularly good at this ,but this is fun and helps me think through my actions

Astronomy and weather

I am obsessed with weather and astronomy since I am little. Everything regarding humanity, economy and politics change everyday, but the physical laws that govern the universe remain the same. Even as advance as our current tech, we still know so little about our place in the universe, or the depth of our planet.

Politics

I believe in democracy to achieve social justice, I also believe in a capitalism with moderate government intervention. 
Freedom of expression and the rule of law are the cores of a society. One shouldn't live in fear just because of popular/unpopular political view.
